简介:
I am excited to express my interest in becoming a teacher! With my 3 years of experience in grades Pre-K to 2nd and experience with English language learners, I am confident in giving children the foundational skills to bridge the language gap in their education successfully.
Since I started my journey in education, I have always prioritized fostering great relationships with parents and students; As well as, planning collaboratively in a team for the success of students. I have made it my mission to create a classroom community based on intrinsic motivation, trust, and mutual respect so everyone in the class can feel comfortable and motivated to do their very best.
I am ESOL Certified so I know how it is to work with children who don’t speak the same language in a class. As an ESOL-endorsed educator and conversational Mandarin speaker, I feel confident in my ability to educate and foster relationships with students and inspire children to be learners, connectors, and changemakers.
I am looking for a kindergarten or primary school job where I can grow children\'s learning skills and instill intrinsic motivation in them so they can learn to love school and love learning. I want to make learning fun for kids and get them to question how things work and answer their curiosities. I want the students to be able to take charge of their learning and always be at the forefront. I love pushing children to new heights and making them realize that they can achieve more than they think they can.
